PRAYING and WRESTLING with GOD
This week, we walk with Jacob through Genesis 31–32 as he leaves behind the tension with Laban and begins his journey home. What starts as obedience quickly becomes a journey filled with fear, uncertainty, and unresolved relationships from his past.
As Jacob prepares to meet Esau, he turns to God in honest, desperate prayer—naming his fear and asking for deliverance. And then, in the stillness of the night, Jacob wrestles with God Himself, emerging with a new name and a new identity.
