Saturday, December 14th, 10am-12pm | Children’s Pageant Rehearsal and Pizza Party

Walnut Hill Church will hold its final rehearsal for our pageant on Saturday! Our children and youth will try on costumes, work on blocking on our stage, and get used to their microphones. We will also have pizza and drinks after to celebrate this year’s participants.

Sunday, December 15th, 11am | Worship and Children’s Pageant

We are thrilled to bring our 2024 Christmas Pageant, “The Greatest Gift” to the WHC Congregation on Sunday, December 15^th in Trinity Hall! Please bring

family and friends for a wonderful morning of fellowship, “theatre,” and songs. Rev. Shawn Barkley will give a short message, followed by our youth and children’s performance. Parents and WHC members are encouraged to bring some Christmas cookies to help us celebrate after the service concludes.

Sunday, December 15th @4pm | Christmas Party for Adults | The Home of Cabby Boone

Friends, members and visitors of WHC are invited to this annual tradition of festive fellowship. If desired, please bring an appetizer to share! Please find Cabby’s address in our upcoming newsletter (to be released on 12.13.24).

Wednesday, December 18th @ 5-8pm | Parents’ Night Out @ WHC

Here are the deets: Parents are invited to drop off their children for a night of Christmas fun at WHC on Wednesday, December 18th from 5-8pm! Children will be supervised by Walnut Hill’s own Amy Jo, Jessica, Mya, Emma, and a few other qualified helpers as they enjoy:

• A Christmas Music celebration with Sarah Smitha from Candy Mountain Music starting at 5pm
• Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus (Joe Schenkenfelder and Mary Jane Wenke ❤️) with a holiday backdrop taken by David Sharrard
• A snow globe craft to give their parents on Christmas Day
• A pasta dinner (gluten-free options will be available if needed!) and dessert

Please RSVP to Jessica at office@walnuthillchurchky.org ASAP as only 24 spots are available! Once you RSVP, Jessica will send a form for contact and allergy information so we can keep all our kiddos safe and happy while they play at WHC!

P.S. Parents are welcome to drop off or pick up their children at any time (we understand crazy holiday schedules and early bedtimes around here 😉)

Tuesday, December 24th @ 5pm | Christmas Eve Service

Please join us for a very special candlelit Christmas Eve service at Walnut Hill Church on Tuesday, December 24th at 5pm. Members, friends, their families, and ALL visitors are welcome to attend as we celebrate the Nativity Story (Luke 2:1-20).
