EASTER – THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD
EASTER EGG HUNT
EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE, 7AM, WALNUT HILL CHURCH CEMETERY
Join us in the Walnut Hill cemetery for our traditional Easter Sunrise Service. Be
sure to dress appropriately for the weather.  In case of rain, the service will be
held in Trinity Hall with face coverings and social distancing maintained.

Weather permitting, we look forward to gathering outdoors for Worship and Egg
Hunt this Sunday.  Please keep the following in mind…
Face coverings are required as you arrive and depart the church grounds, and
whenever social distance cannot be maintained between individuals/households.
Masks are available for those needing them.
…Please maintain appropriate social distance (6 feet) between households.
…Bring a lawn chair/blanket for your use (folding chairs are available)
Dress casually as appropriate for the weather.
Children/Youth may remain with their families during the service or participate in
socially distant gathering options.  No infant  care provided.  Use reply email to request
more information regarding children/youth.
Please attend only if you feel physically well (no fever), you have not been exposed
to anyone with the coronavirus in the last two weeks, and you have considered that
attending is safe for you and/or your family.
In case of rain, outdoor worship will be cancelled.  If conditions are questionable,
please call the church office (859-263-5304) after 9am on Sunday morning for an
update regarding the day’s activities.
CHILDREN/YOUTH WORSHIP, 11AM, TRINITY HALL
Children/youth are invited to gather with Amanda for worship and activities.  Look
for Amanda in/around Trinity Hall.  The Youth will be hiding eggs for the children’s
Egg Hunt.  Face coverings and distancing required for all children and youth.
EGG HUNT, AFTER WORSHIP, CHURCH LAWN
Children through elementary age are invited to hunt for Easter Eggs after worship
Hunters should bring a basket for their use.  Parents/Grandparents and other adults
are invited to bring 1 dozen eggs (stuffed with treats) to add to the hunt.

THE FLOWER CROSS
The Flower Cross will be located just outside the Sanctuary doors on Saturday and
Sunday.  Feel free to bring a flower(s) to place on the cross in celebration of the
Risen Christ.
EASTER LILIES
Thanks to our several Lily sponsors.  Visit Easter Resources for a listing of sponsors.
After worship, we would like to deliver lilies to some of our members/friends who are
unable to attend.  Let us know by reply email if you would like to volunteer to deliver
a lily on your way home after worship.

ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING
The One Great Hour of Sharing offering will be received on Easter Sunday.  If you
have been using an OGHS collection box during Lent, this is the Sunday to bring it
to Walnut Hill.  You may also make a donation by cash or check payable to Walnut
Hill Church (memo:  OGHS).  Among other causes, the OGHS offering is used to
support disaster relief efforts, including recent storms and floods in the U.S.
