Christmas Eve services include a candle light service at 5:00 PM in the Sanctuary with songs and readings regarding the birth of Jesus where children are invited to participate. At 9:00 PM there is an informal service in Trinity Hall by the fireplace where participants are invited to sing songs and reflect on the birth of our Lord.
The Christmas season includes special gatherings for youth and adults to enjoy.
Palm Sunday service has children participate with palms and is followed by an Easter egg hunt, weather permitting.
Maundy Thursday has a service offering evening prayer and the Lord’s Supper at 7pm (Nursery care is available for young children).
Easter Sunday offers two services. Sunrise Service at 7am is in the cemetery. A service of Holy Communion at 11am is in the Sanctuary. (Nursery care and Sunday School are available for children)
Walnut Hill bike ride and pancake brunch is open to anyone and held this year on Saturday, June 27th. The road in front of the Church is closed to traffic for riders and walkers of all ages to enjoy. The Bluegrass Cycling Club lays out several routes of varying distances on which bicycle riders of all skills can participate.
Seasonal pot luck lunches are held at Christmas and in the Spring and Fall.
